We collaborate with the Project Team throughout our iterative development process to ensure the framing system is constructable and achieves the schedule, budget and design intent requirements. After approval, Radius Track delivers the design as a comprehensive set of 2D & 3D virtual documentation and prepares for fabrication.

Develop and iterate framing strategies collaboratively with your team
Develop 3D parametric model to coordinate and test the strategies
Validate framing design via virtual and/or physical mock-ups as required
Develop framing rules and parameters for structural integration
Coordinate structural engineering analysis as required
Deliver Delegated Design / Deferred Submittal documentation as required
Develop installation strategy for each framing system
Update budget estimate to a final bid
